We ship to various locations, both domestic and international. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Refunds and exchanges are available under the following circumstances:

- Items that do not perform as expected
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Custom Prints & Designs are not eligible for refunds, as they are made on demand. However, if damaged on arrival, we will reprint your order once the damaged product has been returned to us.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at orders@makartistry.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Send your item to:

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Returns Due to Customs Fees
If a package is rejected and returned to us because the recipient refused to pay customs fees:
- A refund will be processed upon receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
Refunds
Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for refunds to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
When returning an item:
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for orders over N10,000.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
